The Hall of Honor Committee is always looking for qualified candidates to consider for induction. Please download the complete application using the link below.

Selection criteria as follows:  

For graduates of Sidney High School

• 10 years since graduation
• Significant or outstanding achievement or contribution in vocational field, community service, and/or philanthropic endeavor

For former staff and others

• Five years since employment with Sidney City Schools
• Extraordinary service to Sidney City Schools
